Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients and provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. 12-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client.
2. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any fees. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.
4. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.
5. Grace Period: I do have a 15 minute grace period. If you fail to appear, your appointment will be canceled unless spoken with me.
